What age is Near Bear suitable for?

Near Bear products are generally recommended for children 12 months and older, unless otherwise stated on the product label.

For babies under 12 months, Near Bear should only be used under adult supervision and outside the sleep environment.

For newborns and young babies, we recommend following safe sleep guidelines. Health organizations advise that soft toys should not be placed in a cot during sleep for infants.

Near Bear is designed as a comfort toy for supervised use, playtime, or for older children, rather than an item intended for unsupervised sleep with young babies.

How do I change the photo later?

Photos are inserted from the top of the frame. Adults and older children can swap photos easily - just slide the old one out and the new one in. Simply order a new photo print from us anytime.

How do I clean Near Bear?

Spot clean only with a lightly damp cloth. Near Bear is not machine washable - this protects the soft padded frame and keeps everything in perfect condition.

What photo format do I need to send?

Any clear digital photo works - smartphone photos are perfect. Upload at checkout and we'll take care of the rest, printing and trimming it to fit the frame exactly.

How does the Gender Reveal Bear work?

You tell us the gender (or keep it a secret and we'll help you keep the surprise!). We send the correct bear colour and include a hidden insert. The recipient reveals the colour - and the news - when they open it.
