We want to be upfront with you: we don't offer free shipping, but we do offer fast, carefully packed delivery so your bear arrives in perfect condition and ready to gift.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Every Near Bear is packaged to arrive safely and gift-ready — no extra wrapping needed.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Returns
We want you to love your Near Bear. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to make it right.
Please note: As each Near Bear is personalised with your chosen photo, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised orders unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If your bear arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo at support@nearbear.com and we'll arrange a replacement.
